Jessica has 20 years of experience guiding her clients through litigation in state and federal courts in jurisdictions across the United States. She has extensive experience mediating cases to early resolution saving her clients hundreds of thousands of dollars in litigation expense.
Jessica's legal expertise has been recognized by numerous industry organizations. She is "AV Preeminent" rated by Martindale-Hubbell indicating her peers ranked her at the highest level of skill and professional excellence. "Columbus CEO" has repeatedly recognized Jessica as a "Top Lawyer" in its annual rankings and she has also been named a "Super Lawyer" by Ohio Super Lawyers magazine. Jessica has been repeatedly named to the "Best Lawyers in Central Ohio" list as published in Columbus Business First. Since 2018, she has been identified by U.S. News & World Report as a "Best Lawyer."
Prior to starting her own practice, Jessica litigated at Squire Patton Boggs, LLP and Vorys Sater Seymour and Pease, LLP.
Jessica is a prior member of the Board of Trustees for Franklin County Children's Services where she also chaired the Finance Committee. She previously sat on the Board of Trustees for The Childhood League Center, the Columbus Association for the Performing Arts (CAPA), and she was General Counsel to the animal rescue organization, Stop the Suffering.
In 2013, Columbus Business First recognized Jessica as "Forty Under 40" for her civic leadership and professional achievements and in 2014, the United Way of Central Ohio awarded Jessica with the "Robert S. Crane Young Philanthropist Award."
